SIX! Mitchell Marsh to Heinrich Klaasen. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep mid wicket for 6 runs. That will do very nicely. Lifted over the leg side for a flat six which takes South Africa to the win and a nice little not out for Heinrich Klaasen. His partnership with Smuts was what took the game away from the Aussies while Kyle Verreynne also added a nice fifty. The Proteas have been dominant today but also in the series. A clean sweep for them as it finishes 3-0 and ends their summer in fine style. Not quite the performance Australia were looking for today and overall it has been their batting which has let them down with not enough runs being posted. Things to work on then as they head home and welcome New Zealand.

FOUR! Josh Hazlewood to Heinrich Klaasen. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot cutting, well timed past deep backward point for 4 runs. The fielder at point doesn't move a muscle. He knows this is heading to the rope and there is nothing he can do about it.

OUT! Caught. Kane Richardson to JJ Smuts. Slower length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on, by Warner. Silence in the crowd as the ball goes high into the sky without any distance. Smuts also turns away because he knows what is going to happen with Warner heading towards the ball. Comfortable catch which shouldn't change the outcome of the game.

OUT! Bowled. Anrich Nortje to Marnus Labuschagne. Slower length ball, outside off stump moves in front pulling, Play and Miss (Leg Side) to. Great innings which finally comes to an end. Tries to get a litle funky but is beaten by a very good back of the hand slower ball.
42.4
W
OUT! Bowled. JJ Smuts to Alex Carey. Stock length ball, outside off stump on the back foot Steer, missed to. Second one in the over. Loose stroke as Carey opened the blade to run it down but ended up missing the ball. All the pressure is on Labuschagne to get the runs from here.

OUT! Run Out. JJ Smuts to Marnus Labuschagne. Stock ball half volley, outside off stump down the track driving, to extra cover, run save by Miller, by de Kock. Absolutely fantastic from Miller. Diving to his left and not only preventing the single but causing confusion between the batsmen. He was then sharp and strong enough to underarm the ball behind his back to the keeper. That is the standard South Africa want to see.

SIX! Daryn Dupavillion to Mitchell Marsh. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep backward square leg for 6 runs. Helped on its way. Used the pace and the angle perfectly and swivelled on the back foot. First maximum of the innings.

OUT! Caught. JJ Smuts to D'Arcy Short. Stock ball half volley, middle stump on the front foot flick, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to mid wicket, by Klaasen. A gift of a wicket for Smuts. Too early on the stroke and Short has chipped it into the hands of midwicket. Just when the partnership was going along nicely and South Africa had a few questions to answer.
14.6
W
OUT! Caught. Daryn Dupavillion to Aaron Finch. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to short extra cover, by Miller. Maiden ODI wicket for Dupavillon and what a moment for him. Huge wicket of Finch also, who was unable to keep the ball on the ground. Chipped tamely to extra cover where Miller took a smart catch diving forward. Australia in a bit of trouble here.
11.3
W
OUT! L.B.W. Andile Phehlukwayo to Steven Smith. Length ball, off stump moves in front working, hit pad to. Trapped in front and up goes the finger. Smith is known to walk across but very rarely misses a straight delivery, except this time. Ball-tracking shows the delivery would clip leg stump so the decision stands and Smith is on his way.
4.2
W
OUT! Caught. Anrich Nortje to David Warner. Seaming away length ball, outside off stump no foot movement defending, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by de Kock. What an absolute beauty. On a perfect length and nipping away off the seam to take the edge. Nothing Warner could do and you could see he was unsure as the feet went nowhere.

OUT! Caught. Adam Zampa to Kyle Verreynne. Googly length ball, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Labuschagne. Picks out the man and that will be the end of Verreynne. It was a drag-down which should have gone to the fence but was hit neither along the floor or into the sky.
24.6
6
SIX! Jhye Richardson to Kyle Verreynne. Back of a length, outside off stump on the front foot pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep square leg for 6 runs. Two in a row which has woken this crowd. Inbetween length which wasn't full or short enough to trouble Verreynne.
24.5
6
SIX! Jhye Richardson to Kyle Verreynne. Short, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep square leg for 6 runs. The first one which has really come out of the screws. Hit flat with enough elevation to clear the fielder on the edge.
16.5
6
SIX! Kane Richardson to Kyle Verreynne. Short, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep backward square leg for 6 runs. He goes again. Expecting the short ball so gets inside the line and helps it on its way with the angle.
10.3
W
OUT! Caught. Josh Hazlewood to Janneman Malan. Seaming away length ball, outside off stump on the front foot defending, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Carey. Just enough movement to find the edge. Loose shot by Malan as he poked his hands at a delivery outside his off stump without much conviction. That is the start Australia wanted.
8.1
W
OUT! Bowled. Josh Hazlewood to Quinton de Kock. Length ball, middle stump on the front foot Steer, inside edge to. Much needed for Australia to try and regain some control. Unfortunate from a batting perspective but the angled bat didn't help.
7.3
6
SIX! Kane Richardson to Quinton de Kock. Length ball, down leg side moves in front Scoop, well timed in the air under control over fine leg for 6 runs. Even better from de Kock. Tiny movement across his stumps before placing the bat at the exact angle to get it over fine leg for six.
6.4
6
SIX! Jhye Richardson to Quinton de Kock. Length ball, middle stump down the track driving, well timed in the air under control over long off for 6 runs. A superb shot as de Kock uses his feet and swings the bat through the line. Great way to release some pressure.
