Nida Dar has been one of Pakistan's most dependable allrounders over the last decade, with over 2000 runs and 150 wickets in international cricket. She made her T20I debut in May 2010 against Sri Lanka, followed by her ODI debut later that year. Dar picked up two wickets in her T20I debut in a game which Pakistan lost by just a run. In a game against Sri Lanka during the 2018 Women's Asia Cup T20 competition, the off-spinner registered figures of 5-21 which made her the first ever Pakistan woman to take a five-wicket haul in T20I cricket. Dar has been impressive in T20 World Cups, a noteworthy highlight being her game against India during the 2018 edition - she went onto smash 52 off just 35 balls and followed it up with bowling figures of 1-17 in her four overs.
Dar was named as a standout player from Pakistan at the conclusion of the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20.
